REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

14-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You may request a return, exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, fragrances must be unused, unopened and returned with their original seal, cellophane, box and any accessories supplied.

RIGHT TO CANCEL

Where applicable consumer law grants a statutory cancellation period, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email support@fragrancesvitali.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm whether the return is accepted and provide the return address and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

RETURN COSTS

Unless the item is faulty, incorrect or damaged on arrival, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot process a refund for a parcel that does not reach us.

ITEMS WE CANNOT ACCEPT

For reasons of hygiene and product safety, fragrances that have been opened, unsealed, sprayed or tested cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described. Gift sets must be returned complete. Items returned used, altered or damaged may be refused or refunded in part.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If a fragrance arrives damaged, leaking, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us with the order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
